Emergency Repair Network is a DBA of JOSEPH DISTRIBUTING, LLC. This page describes what happens to your information when you call our referral line.

Calls are recorded

Calls to our numbers are recorded, and you are told so at the start of the call. We keep recordings for 90 days to resolve disputes and check service quality, then delete them.

What we collect

The ZIP code and menu answers you give on the call, the time and length of the call, and your phone number. We keep your phone number only as a one-way scrambled value (a salted hash) that we use to tell whether the same caller rang twice. If nobody answers and you leave a message, your name, message and callback number are sent to a local company so they can call you back.

Who sees it

When we connect your call, the local company you are connected to hears the call and a short summary of your menu answers. We do not sell your information.

Our role

We are a referral line. We connect callers with independent, locally owned companies. We do not perform repairs, and we do not handle or negotiate insurance claims.
